Who is Krishna Mehra?

Krishna Mehra is the Co-Founder, CTO & President - Americas of Capillary Technologies. He leads the engineering team at Capillary and defines the product vision. He's also been an active contributor to
business development having lead the expansion of the company into Middle East, South Africa and is now setting up a sales and product organization in North America. Before starting Capillary, Krishna was
a member of Microsoft Research, where he contributed to more than half a dozen papers and patents. Krishna holds a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

 

What is the talk about?

Capillary builds Retail SoLoMo CRM solutions that are real-time integrated into the POS, capturing data about consumers and generating instant upsell and cross-sell coupons leading to a 5-7% revenue impact for physical stores. In this talk, Krishna focus on the challenges of building such technology, and how it is used to drive maximum revenue impact for retailers through a cloud model.
